High Wear Resistance

Plates with chromium carbide (Cr7C3) coating have been developed to offer excellent wear resistance under extreme conditions. Ideal for the mining, aggregate and cement industries, they combine high hardness with long service life.

• Grooved Surface (58–62 HRC): Rough surface, resistant to abrasion and impact. Suitable for crushing and material handling equipment working with aggressive materials.
• Smooth Surface without Cracks (60–64 HRC): Uniform finish without weld beads. Double service life against wear, ideal for demanding applications requiring a smooth surface.
